Shipping, Handling & Damages
Because every item is handcrafted and carefully prepared to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted are not accepted. Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days and sent within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Each Soil Bound piece is packaged with great care to protect its structure during transit. However, due to the fragile and organic nature of these works, shipping-related damage can occasionally occur.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me at sales@soilboundart.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The interior packaging
- The exterior shipping box
This allows me to assess the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. While minor shifts or imperfections may occur due to the nature of the materials, significant damage caused during shipping will always be addressed with care and fairness.

Upon arrival of your new artwork, please note that designs containing dried florals may have tiny clear beads on the inside of the glass. These are remnants of the drying process used to preserve the florals. Gently tap on the glass with your fingers to allow the beads to resettle at the base, where they will remain largely unnoticed.
When cleaning the glass, avoid paper towels, as they may scratch the surface. A microfiber cloth with a gentle glass cleaner works best.
All glass designs are sealed with a silicone adhesive. If this seal has loosened upon arrival, you may reapply a thin layer of liquid silicone around the base of the glass to help prevent humidity or pests from entering the piece.
